Canada

We ship from and to Canada! 

Delivery fee: up to CAD 10 (depending on location)

Please note that shipments may be subject to taxes and related costs. These fees are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.  

Orders to Canada ship for free if you order over USD 100.

Delivery time: ca. 2-10 days 

United States

We ship US-wide! Delivery fees will vary according to your exact location. Please refer to the checkout page for your fee. Please note that shipments to these areas may be subject to import duties, taxes and related costs. These fees are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.  

US shipping is free if you order above USD 150.

Delivery time: 2-10 days 

Hong Kong & Singapore

We ship to Hong Kong and Singapore. Please note that shipments to these areas may be subject to import duties, taxes and related costs. These fees are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer. While shipping to HK usually does not incur these fees, shipping to Singapore does. Please check with your local authorities for clarification. 

Shipping fee: USD 30

Shipping duration: ca. 7-10 business days

EU & UK

We currently do not ship to the EU and the UK, however we are actively working on expanding to these areas and will most likely be available to ship to parts of the EU & the UK later this year. Rest of the World

We currently do not ship to any other regions, however if you live in a part of the world not mentioned above and would like to purchase some of our products, please reach out to us at care@raconteuseskincare.com and we will try to assist you.
