As someone with sensitive skin and a long history of allergies, I know how frustrating it can be to find products that truly feel safe, soothing, and effective. My journey with skincare has always been personal — and over time, it became something more.
During my doctoral research in the environmental field, I explored cultural patterns and human behavior around sustainability — particularly what drives waste in everyday settings. This work deepened my awareness of how our daily choices shape both our surroundings and our sense of connection to them.
Alongside this academic path, my own longstanding interest in skincare began to take on new dimensions. I started to pay closer attention to the industry through the lens of health and environmental impact. It sparked a growing concern: how often transparency, consumer wellbeing, and planetary care are overlooked in the beauty world.
Raconteuse Skincare was born from the desire to change that — to create a gentle yet effective skincare experience rooted in nature, transparency, and care. Every formula is crafted with certified organic, vegan, and cruelty-free ingredients, chosen to support all skin types and infused with a touch of wonder.
