By purchasing, using or accepting Raconteuse Skincare eGift Cards you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as your acknowledgement and acceptance of Raconteuse Skincare's privacy policy, terms and conditions and cookie policy.
Your eGift card is valid for a period of 24 months from the delivery date. We do not guarantee that our product range will remain the same during this time. Please note that products will be out of stock at certain times. Gift card purchase does not unlock access to the Relaxation Grotto, however once the card is used to make a purchase, access will be unlocked.
eGift cards can only be redeemed on www.raconteuseskincare.com.
eGift cards cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you make a purchase below the value of your eGift card, the remaining value will not be paid out in cash. It will remain on your card for your next purchase. eGift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
eGift Cards may be exchanged for goods the price of which being equal to or lower than the balance or value of the Gift Card. Gift Cards can be used as a complete or partial payment. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's eGift Card value, the remaining amount must be paid with another method of payment.
